How does a rental work on Trokido?

You pick your dates and send the request; the owner accepts or declines it in the messages. At the in-person handover, you give your handover code and pay the rental and the deposit in cash. When you return the item, you give your return code and the owner gives the deposit back.

How long can a rental last?

Up to 30 days per booking, on a calendar open 180 days ahead.

How quickly does the owner reply?

They have 48 hours to accept or decline. Without a reply, the request expires and you pay nothing.

Do I have to pay online to rent?

No. The rental and the deposit are paid in cash at handover; no online payment.
