Selling for free on Trokido: what costs nothing

Listing an item, selling in person, getting it delivered, giving it away: what a sale costs in Morocco, worked out on today’s fee grid.

How do I list an item in 2 minutes?

Tap “Sell”, add your photos, write a title: Trokido guesses the category, brand and size. You check, set a price and publish. It’s free and commission-free for individuals.

Why was my listing hidden or rejected?

The exact reason is written on the listing, in My listings > Hidden, and in the notification you received. A hidden listing can be corrected for 7 days; a rejected listing can be appealed.

I made a sale. What do I do now?

You have 5 working days to hand the parcel to the carrier with the drop-off code shown in the order. Pack the item, go to the branch or wait for the pickup, and keep the receipt.

Does listing an item cost anything in Morocco?

No: listing an item, editing it or removing it costs nothing. There is no listing fee.

How much does Trokido take from the seller?

Nothing in Morocco: the seller commission is 0%. The seller gets the displayed price.

Does selling in person cost anything?

No in Morocco: for an item at 150 DH handed over in person, neither the seller nor the buyer pays Trokido fees. The seller receives 150 DH.

Do you have to pay for a boost to sell?

No. A boost is a paid option that makes your listing more visible for 3 or 7 days; a listing sells without it too.

Are free items really free?

Yes: on an item at 0, Trokido takes no buyer fee, no surcharge and no commission. If it is delivered, only the delivery is due.
