Renting a ceremony outfit: how it works
Wedding dresses, takchitas, suits: rental happens between members, in person, with a deposit.
Step by step
You pick your dates and send the request; the owner answers in the chat. At handover, you pay the rental and the deposit in cash and give your handover code. On return, you give your return code and the owner gives the deposit back.
Before booking
Ask for the outfit’s exact measurements and what is included (belt, veil, jewellery). Try it on at handover: that is the moment to report a stain or a snag, not on return.
For owners
Photograph the outfit before each rental and list small flaws in the listing. Set the deposit according to the value of the outfit and the accessories lent.
