On Trokido, the buyer pays once the item is in their hands, the seller pays no commission, and any listing can be swapped for another. Choose your path below, or read the detailed page for each.

Search near you
Type “takchita 40” or “iPhone 12”: results can be sorted by distance, price or newest.
Check the total
Under each price, a line gives you the amount including fees. The breakdown opens with one click.
Order
Choose delivery or a meeting. Nothing is paid at this step.
Pay on receipt
You pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, then you have 48 hours to report a problem.
Sell
Photograph the item
One photo is enough to publish, 20 at most. The first one is the thumbnail.
Write a title
Trokido suggests the category, brand and size from what you wrote.
Choose sale, swap or both
A single setting, which you can change at any time as long as no one has ordered.
Ship within 5 working days
The shipping slip is ready as soon as the order comes in. The carrier pays you the item’s price.
Swap
Offer your item
One for one, or up to 5 of your items for a single one.
Add a balance payment if needed
A cash top-up balances two items of different value.
Both of you confirm
The swap only exists after the double confirmation, within 24 hours.
Check what you receive
Each of you has 48 hours to report a defect. Both sides are protected.
Example: a pram sold in Rabat
Hind lists a pram for 600 DH in Agdal. Mehdi, in Hay Riad, buys it with delivery. At the door, he pays the courier:
- Price of the pram: 600 DH
- Buyer protection fee (2.5 DH + 2.5% of 600): 17.50 DH
- Cash on delivery surcharge: 5 DH
- Total Trokido fees, rounded down to the unit in cash: 22 DH
- Delivery: carrier rate + 1 DH, shown before the order
- Total paid by Mehdi: 622 DH + delivery
Hind receives 600 DH. She pays nothing to Trokido. (Example first names; the example will be replaced by a real sale as soon as a seller agrees in writing.)

What doesn’t fit in a parcel is sold through a meeting, with no money paid to Trokido.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a bank card to buy?
No. At launch, everything is paid in cash: to the courier for a parcel, to the seller for an in-person handover.
How much does it cost to post a listing?
Nothing. An individual posts for free and pays no commission when they sell.
Can I buy an item in another country?
No. A purchase is made and delivered within the same country. Morocco and Mauritania each have their own catalogue.
