Derb Ghallef is the city’s big second-hand market: phones, computers, consoles, spare parts, furniture. Its traders have worked there since the 1980s and the city council is preparing to redevelop the site. For a phone, it is a good benchmark before buying from an individual.
Meeting for a handover
